Continuing from Part 1 of the series, this report provides an in-depth look at data and statistics relating to learners and their needs.

The aim of this report is to underline the main needs of learners throughout organizations and how learning leaders and practitioners can aid the progression of this process.

In this report, we seek to:  

  • Provide learning leaders with the knowledge of what motivates staff to learn online 

  • Highlight insights from 5,700 learners from the private and public sectors, indicating what positive changes could be made 

  • Demonstrate a perspective on current behaviors in relation to L&D
