- Understand consumer learners needs for L&D and underpin what is currently available for development
- Use examples from top-performing organizations in order to highlight what changes can be made to ensure positive evolution
- Provide a further insight into potential workforce learners, learning habits and behaviors; creating better experiences for consumer learners
